THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR PURCHASE.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Delivery, Set-up & Removal Procedures and Fees:

Delivery & Set Up within our normal delivery area include:
Delivery of merchandise to desired room. Set-up of mattress & box spring/foundation on existing frame.
Set-up of mattress & box spring/foundation on frame purchased from Hibernate Bedding.

Set-up of headboard and frame when purchased with merchandise costing $899.00 or more.
Set-up of a complete bed (headboard, footboard and rails) when purchased with merchandise costing $899.00 or more.

Set up DOES NOT include attachment of an existing headboard or footboard to a new frame.  

    Delivery charge if merchandise is less than $899.00:…...............……...............…. $150

    Charge for set-up:  This fee applies to all non-mattress set purchases..............$50 - $150 depending on product being set up.

    This fee will be charged for all set-ups of headboards, complete beds (headboard, footboard and rails) and any other accessories that require assembly by the delivery service, including attaching current headboard to new mattress being delivered.

    Re-delivery charge: If no one is available to accept delivery...........................…....$100

    WARRANTY EXCHANGE FEE
    Transportation/Handling Fee:
    The Manufacturers’ Warranty covers the merchandise only, and does not include transportation, handling and removal costs. The fee for each warranty exchange to cover the cost of transportation, handling and removal......$150
     
    COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICIES
    Delivery Fee for all Comfort Exchanges...........$150
    To qualify for a comfort exchange you must sleep on your new premium mattress set for a minimum of thirty (30) days and a maximum of sixty (60) to ninety (90) days depending on the mattress selected. This will give you and the mattress a chance to adjust to each other. If after thirty (30) days, you are still not comfortable with your mattress, please call the showroom.  A store credit will be offered for the original set purchased. The store credit may be used to select any other mattress set of equal or greater value.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN COST IF YOU SELECT A LOWER PRICED MATTRESS. 

    Comfort Exchange does not apply to the following vendors:
    Savvy Rest (Layer Exchange Program Only)
    Natureupedic EOS Classic and EOS Pillowtop (Layer Exchange Program)
    Comfort Exchange does not include floor sample mattresses, box springs, foundations or adjustable beds purchased with the mattress.  These are final sale, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.  All products sold as "final sale," no matter the vendor, are not entitled to a comfort exchange.
    Additional Vendor/Restocking Fees on Comfort Exchanges apply as follows:

    IVY Organics:  $500
    OMI:  $499
    TempurPedic: $300
    Beautyrest, Harvest Green, Millbrook Beds, Naturepedic, Paramount, Searly, Stearns & Foster $150
     
    REFUND POLICY:  NO Refunds.  Store credit only
    No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns on OMI, Savvy Rest or Naturepedic (Layer Exchange Program Only), all Floor Sample products, Model Closeouts, and Final Sales. Adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and all other accessories are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
    You are entitled to Hibernate Bedding’s everyday low price or any current advertised price.
    Hibernate Bedding employees are not permitted to discount the price below our everyday low price or any current advertised price.
    You must pay the difference between the credit issued and the price of your new selection. If you select a mattress set of lesser value than your original purchase, there will be no refund for the difference, and you cannot use the difference to purchase other merchandise.
    Merchandise being exchanged must be free of stains, abuse and/or damage.
    There is no satisfaction guarantee on your new selection.  Only one Comfort Exchange allowed.
     
    DELIVERY PROCEDURES
    Removal includes:
    Removal of old mattress & box spring/foundation from the delivery address.
    Please note that for health and safety reasons: No bedding will be picked up which is in unsanitary condition or if metal or wood is protruding out of mattress or box spring/foundation. Unsanitary bedding and protruding objects may cause injury to delivery personnel and/or pose damage to or contamination of new merchandise. 
    Removal does not include: Removal of metal frames, exposed steel box spring/foundations, or old headboards/footboards, platform beds and flotation/waterbeds.
     
    CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
    You will receive a call late afternoon the day before your delivery to advise you of your 4-hour time window. Please note that our trucks are on the road between 7 AM and 6 PM, so your delivery could be anywhere within that time frame.
    Delivery time is only an approximation, as weather and traffic conditions and length of time spent at previous stops can affect your delivery time window. A responsible adult, 18 years or older, must be present during delivery.
    The customer must disassemble their existing bed(s) and the area where the merchandise is to be installed must be clear prior to the delivery. Should the customer’s obligation not be fulfilled, only delivery and removal will be performed, no set-up will be done.
    Please make sure you fully inspect your purchase prior to signing the delivery receipt form. Your signature denotes full acceptance of the merchandise, it’s conformance to your order, and that the product is free from exterior defect or damage.

    ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
    Delivery service will disassemble your existing bed and move it to a different room in your home......$100
    Delivery service will reassemble the bed they have moved within your home......$100
    The delivery service will not move furniture in your home i.e. dressers, couches, tables, chairs, etc… This service is for moving your existing bedding within your home to make room for your new bedding.

    SPLIT BOX SPRINGS/FOUNDATIONS:
    In some instances a regular one-piece box spring/foundation may not fit in the home. This may require a split box spring/foundation order which will increase the cost of your purchase by $200, plus a $150 additional delivery fee. If split box springs/foundations are needed, please call the store to make arrangements for delivery and payment. 

    BED HEIGHT:
    If delivery of your new mattress set is accepted and it is too high, we will exchange the box spring/foundation for a low profile box spring/foundation or a low profile frame for a fee of $200, plus an additional $150 redelivery fee. This will lower the set by 3 to 5 inches depending on the model. 
    SAVVY REST, IVY ORGANICS, NATUREPEDIC and OMI FOUNDATIONS are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.  New ones will need to be purchased, paid in full and subject to a $150 delivery fee.
